- Custom Products: Custom items are non-returnable, except in cases of errors or defects.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the new item details when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
